experience in financial advice, management and
property, he has built and maintained a number of
businesses including a highly successful mortgage
brokerage based in London.
Lindsay is the Managing Director of ‘MAPs’,
(Millionaire Action Plan), for aspiring entrepreneurs
and the Association of Professional Property
Investors (APPI), and enjoys bespoke coaching in
property, business and personal development. He
also has his own property portfolio, investing in
South Wales, mainly in the Newport area.
Running the hugely successful Creative Finance Course with his best friend and business partner, Mark Dalton, with whom he also designed the T60 training course for professional property investors.
Sean has personally trained and mentored more than 7000 people around the world specifically on UK property strategies, and has been privileged to speak in the UK, Australia, Europe and South Africa in partnership with a variety of esteemed entrepreneurs and organisations, including Robert Kiyosaki, Tigrent, Robbie Fowler and Martin Roberts.
Sean’s initial strategy was cost-effi cient B2L cashfl owpositive property in the north of England. Once the foundation was laid, he began implementing a variety of property strategies including buy-to-let, fl ipping and social housing in areas such as Liverpool, London and South Wales.
