Morie Street Holdings are a stable of property-focused businesses that have been successfully delivering property and development projects since 2007. We bring together the stable of successful property businesses helmed by Lindsay Hopkins and Sean Thomson.

Historically, the companies’ acquisition activities have been focused in Wales, where the demand for high-quality rental housing is supported by above-average growth in property values. House prices in Wales grew by 11% in the year to March 2021, up from 8.4% in the previous month.

Recent world events have shifted priorities for everyone and many individual investors are trimming their personal portfolios and releasing prime sites for development. MSH are in direct negotiations for off-market opportunities that have great potential for capital growth or for value to be added through carefully considered development.

Lindsay Hopkins

Author, coach, public speaker and entrepreneur

With over 25 years experience in financial advice, management and property, he has built and maintained a number of businesses including a highly successful mortgage brokerage based in London.

Lindsay is the Managing Director of ‘MAPs’, (Millionaire Action Plan), for aspiring entrepreneurs and the Association of Professional Property Investors (APPI), and enjoys bespoke coaching in property, business and personal development. He also has his own property portfolio, investing in South Wales, mainly in the Newport area.

Key speaker for the Asset Academy,

Running the hugely successful Creative Finance Course with his best friend and business partner, Mark Dalton, with whom he also designed the T60 training course for professional property investors.

Sean Thomson

Over 15 yeas of experience in property investement & 4 years in financial field in UK

Sean has personally trained and mentored more than 7000 people around the world specifically on UK property strategies, and has been privileged to speak in the UK, Australia, Europe and South Africa in partnership with a variety of esteemed entrepreneurs and organisations, including Robert Kiyosaki, Tigrent, Robbie Fowler and Martin Roberts.

Cost-efficient strategy

Sean’s initial strategy was cost-effi cient B2L cashfl owpositive property in the north of England. Once the foundation was laid, he began implementing a variety of property strategies including buy-to-let, fl ipping and social housing in areas such as Liverpool, London and South Wales.
